Bonjou! We are a 4th generation sugar cane family celebrating the rich cultural traditions that have been handed down to us. We take great pride in presenting a product that is as authentic Louisiana as our Sugar is sweet.
Lewis grew up in south Louisiana’s heart of sugar cane country where summertime fun was running through cane fields with rows of tall purplish cane stalks with green ribbon leaves. In the fall during grinding season, imagine the joy of peeking into warehouses seeing thousands of pounds of sandy colored crystals pouring down into gigantic mountains of sugar – FRESH RAW SUGAR! That’s what is used.
Lynn loves to create unique dishes and treats with desserts and sweets being her specialty from the start. The Savoies with their southern roots find
